The spooky fun of Disney Halloween Time is back at Hong Kong Disneyland, where iconic Disney Villains — and Disney Friends decked out in brand-new Halloween looks — have gathered for a Halloween extravaganza.

Through Oct. 31, 2021, guests are invited to join in on the spooky fun by dressing up in their own Halloween costumes inspired by favorite Disney characters as they snap selfies with Mickey and Friends, Duffy and Friends, Vampirina, and Winnie the Pooh and Friends.

For the first time ever, Vampirina and Princess Sofia will join the processional for Mickey’s Halloween Time Street Party, featuring giant Jack-O’-Lantern whirlies and upbeat music. And the Halloween Time Festival Gardens in Fantasyland is the perfect place for trick-or-treating where little guests can even create their own trick-or-treat bags.

The Disney Villains have also taken over Adventureland and turned it into the brand-new Wicked Fun Party Zone. The wicked crew has created the spookiest party in the park where Maleficent and Cruella de Vil are waiting at new photo locations after dusk. Guests should also be on the lookout for Loki, the god of mischief, and other villainous performers who may surprise them at any moment.

The much-loved musical stage show, “Let’s Get Wicked” is returning this year at the Theater in the Wild with Ursula from “The Little Mermaid,” Cruella de Vil from “101 Dalmatians,” Dr. Facilier from “The Princess and the Frog,” Gaston from “Beauty and the Beast,” and Mother Gothel from “Tangled,” each bringing their unique brand of wickedness to the show.

When the sun goes down, guests will encounter ever more Disney Villains in the Halloween Time Festival Gardens, including the Evil Queen from “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” Queen of Hearts from “Alice in Wonderland,” Hades from “Hercules,” Jafar from “Aladdin,” Big Bad Wolf from “The Three Little Pigs,” and Captain Hook from “Peter Pan.”

Guests won’t want to miss the opportunity to dress up in Halloween outfits inspired by favorite Disney Friends (or Villains) with new Halloween merchandise. Luckily, Disney Photographers will be on hand to capture the occasion with special Halloween-themed borders — and maybe even some ghostly surprises.

Last but certainly not least, the Hong Kong Disneyland Halloween party is a multi-sensory soiree. The party includes not only the sights and sounds of wicked fun but also deliciously evil treats like the “Maleficent Soft Serve” at Midtown Delights, the “Taste of Evil – The Villains’ Popcorn” at the outdoor vending carts, and a new Poison Apple specialty drink at The Main Street Corner Café, which is dragon fruit pink lemonade with a Poison Apple ice cube.

The Hong Kong Disneyland hotels are also getting in on the wicked fun with the Halloween Buffet at the Enchanted Garden Restaurant, “Jack’s Party” at Crystal Lotus (featuring the Pumpkin King’s face on shrimp dumplings), and The Sea Breeze Bar’s “Halloween Barbecue Semi-Buffet Dinner” that features test tube-shaped specialty drinks and skull-shaped Halloween dishes. In addition, the World of Color Restaurant in Disney Explorers Lodge is offering a particularly spooky “Jack’s Haunted Pizza.”

Guests at the Hong Kong Disneyland resort hotels can extend the Halloween fun with Halloween-themed arts and crafts and recreation activities, including the Disney Villains Wicked Night, the Disney Evil Gathering, and the Halloween Time Trick-or-Treat Trail.

Plus, with the Disney “Priority Special+” Attraction and “Let’s Get Wicked” Show Priority Admission Pass guests can enjoy priority access to eight selected attractions and one-time priority seating to the “Let’s Get Wicked” musical show. Guests can also join the “Halloween Wicked Fun Tour” with reserved seats for shows and direct entrance to attractions of their choice during the tour.
