Duffy the Disney Bear’s newest friend is coming to Hong Kong Disneyland Resort
LinaBell the fox will make her grand debut at Hong Kong Disneyland on September 9, 2022, joining her friends Duffy, ShellieMay, Gelatoni, StellaLou, ‘Olu Mel and CookieAnn as she meets and greets guests.
The new bushy-tailed character will celebrate her arrival at the park with exclusive themed merchandise, special entertainment, and food and beverage items.
LinaBell has an “innocent nature, along with curiosity and wisdom,” Disney says, and she uses her signature magnifying glass to help teach others about “things that are right in front of their eyes.”
LinaBell’s backstory
LinaBell met Duffy the Disney Bear when he was following a butterfly in the forest and got lost. She used her magnifying glass to examine “clues” that would help her and Duffy figure out where he’d come from, and her excellent detective skills helped Duffy reunite with Mickey Mouse. Now, Duffy and his friends are in awe of her problem-solving abilities.

- LinaBell will meet and greet guests and share her passion for exploring the world.
- Exclusive LinaBell-themed merchandise will be available for pre-order through a designated online platform. More details will be announced in August 2022.
- “Eatertainment” offerings will appeal to foodies, who can try out a smorgasbord of LinaBell inspired treats.
- Hong Kong Disneyland’s hotel will have a LinaBell-themed overlay in select rooms, as well as a themed arts and crafts workshop.
The inquisitive fox made her debut at Shanghai Disney Resort, and will also debut at Tokyo DisneySea on September 8.
