Electric Ocean brings summertime sizzle back to SeaWorld San Antonio
Electric Ocean, SeaWorld San Antonio’s sizzling summertime celebration, returns this year with headliner concerts, a thrilling stunt show, cool bars and hot dance parties, plus a spectacular evening fireworks finale, from June 4 – Aug. 15.
Take a dive into the colorful world “under the sea” as SeaWorld San Antonio brings back their annual Electric Ocean event, with extended hours, a new bar and a stunt show, plus this year’s biggest addition, the Electric Ocean Concert Series, free with park admission.
From headliner acts to tribute bands, the series features all genres of music, with performances each weekend from June 5 – Aug. 1. This year’s lineup includes:

Get the pre-concert party started at the new Lone Star Lakeside Bar, opening this June. Indoor and outdoor seating takes full advantage of the lakeside setting, where hand-crafted cocktails, Texas distilled whiskeys, and Lone Star local craft beers are menu highlights. Guests can even watch live music performances, a water ski show, and evening fireworks from this pretty, rustic setting.
Or try Chill Out Bar, where the temperature is kept at 50 degrees, and the treats are frozen delights. Soak up the sounds of live DJ music, or hit the dance floor and keep warm at the Chill Out Dance Party.
Youngsters are not forgotten amid all the excitement as the Sesame Street Party Parade takes to the park’s pathways in a kid-friendly song and dance fest with Elmo and his fuzzy friends.
As night falls, HydroPower: Xtreme FX water ski show brings a high-energy spectacle to the waterfront, with extreme stunts, a live rock band, explosive pyrotechnics, laser lights, and special effects.
The night lights up with dazzling Electric Ocean Fireworks while the water ski stunt performers show off their skills, and it’s all backed by a dynamic Electric Dance Music soundtrack. Viewing spots around the waterfront are ideal to see the both the show and the fireworks.
Extended park hours mean more time to experience the thrill of SeaWorld San Antonio’s massive roller coasters, which take on a whole different feel in the dark. Soar into the darkness on Texas Stingray, the state’s tallest, fastest coaster; become part of the SeaWorld rescue team on Wave Breaker; get bitten by The Great White inverted coaster’s 8-story drop; and defy gravity itself onboard the Steel Eel hypercoaster.
Electric Ocean, which begins on the heels of the park’s Seven Seas Food Festival, is free with park admission, and during the limited-time Memorial Sale, the purchase of all SeaWorld Annual Passes, Season Passes, and Fun Cards will include a free Aquatica pass, for unlimited admission into both parks.
