By the numbers, the Seven Seas Food Festival will offer almost 100 international flavors, including 50 fresh global cuisine tastings, more than 20 new food items, and nearly 50 specially-curated cocktails, wines, and craft beers.

Guests will be able to enjoy all sorts of flavors from more than 13 festival marketplaces, including:

  • Brazil
  • Hawaii
  • Korea (NEW)
  • Japan
  • Jamaica
  • Greece
  • Italy
  • Germany (NEW)
  • France
  • Mexico

For vegetarians, there are plenty of options to enjoy, including the new Potato Pizza, Jackfruit Yakisoba, Spicy Tofu Poke Bowl, Baklava, Beer Cheese Spaetzle with Sautéed Onions. Those who have a sweet tooth can try the new Chocolate Crème Brulee, Rizogalo rice pudding, Guava Crème Custard, or Apple Strudel with Frozen Vanilla or Piña Colada Sorbet.

Also new for this year are whiskey and tequila tasting experiences at the Seven Seas Whiskey Tasting Hut — an open-air, shaded space with physical distancing and limited capacity.

Festival guests can commemorate their visit with a photo in front of a dozen new backdrops, with each one celebrating a country “visited.” Guests can use the hashtag “#SeaWorldSanAntonio” for a chance to be featured on the park’s Instagram page.

Seven Seas Food Festival Tasting Lanyards are available in two sample counts: 10 samples for $55 and 15 samples for $75. SeaWorld San Antonio pass members will get the VIP treatment with three (3) free additional samples with the purchase of a 15-sample lanyard.
