Electric Ocean returns to light up the night at SeaWorld San Diego
SeaWorld San Diego’s award-winning nighttime spectacular, Electric Ocean, is back to transform the park this summer.
When the sun sets, SeaWorld will glow with vibrant night shows, performances and a celebration of illumination. During the event, guests can experience their favorite attractions in a new way – all lit by the ocean glow. Returning this summer is SeaWorld’s show on and over Mission Bay, Cirque Electrique; a dance party hosted by MC Moray; the nighttime sea lion and otter parody show “Sea Lions Tonite”; and the re-imagined “Atlantis Ignites.”

Atlantis Ignites
Guests can experience the power of Poseidon in this newly re-imagined experience, as a live tesla coil performer demonstrates the power and energy of 1 million volts of electricity and a 100-foot projection mapping display takes over the Journey to Atlantis attraction.
Cirque Electrique
This nighttime spectacular features aerial performers in advanced LED suits, flying and bouncing over the waters of Mission Bay. Acts in the show include flyboard, jet-ski, trampoline, Chinese Pole, and dual trapeze.
Sea Lions Tonite
Sea lions Clyde and Seamore and O.P. Otter are joined by their trainers in making fun of some of SeaWorld’s shows and attractions. The preshow features stagehand Biff as he shares his famous dance moves to “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Baby Shark,” and more.
Laser Reef
SeaWorld San Diego will close out the night with Laser Reef, which will submerge guests in a canopy of colorful lasers and a powerful soundtrack.
Club Current
The evening kicks off at this signature dance area, where laser host MC Moray and friends from the deep show off their dance moves.
School of Glow
Guests can immerse themselves in light and color as waves of fish and bubbles dance to high-energy music in this ocean-inspired light installation.
Manta re/CHARGED
Guests can feel the rush on Manta re/CHARGED, as the double-launch coaster transforms with new special effects, lighting and music.
Electric Ocean runs daily from now through Aug. 11, and on weekends from Aug. 17 – Sept. 2. These festivities are included with park admission.
