Embassy Suites in Kissimmee to offer a different way to own a vacation home

An Embassy Suites by Hilton is being built at the Sunset Walk Orlando Resort. But it won’t just be a new hotel for the Kissimmee, Florida area, it’s also going to be a condominium hotel you can own, use, and rent out.

Embassy Suites - Orlando Sunset Walk

The Embassy Suites – Orlando Sunset Walk hasn’t yet gone vertical, but when it opens next fall, right beside Margaritaville Resort, the suites will have individual owners. It’s a different sort of vacation ownership. Instead of owning a week, like is typical with time shares, you can purchase a whole suite and use it whenever you’d like, and rent it out through the Hilton reservation system when you’re not using it.

The studio model, on display in the sales gallery at Sunset Walk, is exactly how the finished suites will look. To keep the suites to Hilton’s standards, owners are unable to change any of the furnishings or decorations.

As an owner, the year-round resort offers a turnkey experience that includes furnishings, housewares, linens, cleaning, and maintenance. Owners will receive two Hilton Honors memberships with their purchase. Each unit also includes a locked closet for the owner to store their vacation belongings away from any guests staying in their suites.

“We are thrilled to partner with Embassy Suites by Hilton to bring a new luxury turnkey condominium project to the Orlando market,” said Joel Lazar, Encore Capital Management executive director of sales. “This will be one of the premier resort offerings in the number one vacation destination. It was a natural fit for us to brand the project with a company known for its excellence around the world. All the elements for success are here and will only get better with time.”

Embassy Suites – Orlando Sunset Walk will feature a sophisticated contemporary design and all the resort amenities you’d expect. Among them, the Oasis Beach Club with a beach bar and grill, a fitness center, indoor/outdoor restaurant and lounge where guests can enjoy daily complimentary breakfast and happy hour.

Two full-scale models featuring a studio and one-bedroom are available to see at their sales gallery in Sunset Walk. Pricing starts in the $230,000’s with studios, one, and two bedroom suites. A very limited number of three and four bedrooms are available. Reservations to purchase are now being accepted. You can lock in pre-construction pricing and your specific condo/suite selection with a $5,000 fully refundable deposit.
