Epcot Food & Wine Festival 2026 will last 86 days and revive 30 dishes from its history

30 dishes return for the festival’s 30th anniversary

Disney has released the complete 2026 festival menus, including 30 dishes returning or reimagined from previous years of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

Arrives Aug. 27

1. Pickle milkshake: Nonalcoholic pickle-flavored milkshake. Introduced in 2023. Arrives on Aug. 27.
2. Rodizio-style grilled beef skewer: Marble potatoes, charred shallots, roasted baby peppers and chimichurri. Introduced in 2009 at Argentina. Arrives on Aug. 27.
3. Roasted lamb chop: Mint pesto and crushed salt-and-vinegar potato chips. Introduced in 2006. Arrives on Aug. 27.
4. Taco de camarón: Flour tortilla with crispy tempura shrimp, shredded cabbage and chipotle aïoli. Introduced in 2010. Arrives on Aug. 27.
5. Dumplings trio: Pan-fried chicken, pork and vegetable dumplings with house-made sweet-and-spicy sauce. Introduced in 1996. Arrives on Aug. 27.
6. Sweet potato mealie pap: Plant-based stew of beans, peppers, carrots and tomatoes. Introduced in 2004 at South Africa. Arrives on Aug. 27.
7. Schinkennudeln: Pasta gratin with ham, onions and cheese. Introduced in 2010. Arrives on Aug. 27.
8. Apple strudel: Served with vanilla sauce. Introduced in 1996. Arrives on Aug. 27.
9. Paella caldoso: Chicken, chorizo, gigante beans, romano beans and saffron rice. Introduced in 1997. Arrives on Aug. 27.
10. Pollo al Marsala: Roasted chicken drumstick, creamy potato gnocchi, mushrooms and Marsala sauce. Introduced in 2014. Arrives on Aug. 27.
11. Gulf Coast-style seafood roll: Warm-water lobster, rock shrimp, lobster bisque and sherry crème fraîche on a toasted brioche bun. Introduced in 2006. Arrives on Aug. 27.
12. Spicy temaki hand roll: Spicy tuna, cucumber, rice cracker and spicy mayonnaise sauce. Introduced in 1996. Arrives on Aug. 27.
13. Chicken souvlaki gyro: Shaved lettuce, tomato-cucumber relish and tzatziki on warm pita. Introduced in 1997. Arrives on Aug. 27.
14. Ras el hanout cauliflower bowl: Chickpea salad, golden raisin relish and parsley served with pita. Plant-based. Introduced in 2003. Arrives on Aug. 27.
15. Belgian waffle: Cookie butter and whipped cream topped with speculoos cookie pieces. Introduced in 2010. Arrives on Aug. 27.
16. Pão de queijo: Brazilian cheese bread. Introduced in 1999. Arrives on Aug. 27.
17. Trio d’escargots, garniture à l’ail et au persil: Three escargot bites in croissant dough served with a garlic-parsley dip. Introduced in 1996. Arrives on Aug. 27.
18. Cheddar and bacon soup: Served with a pretzel roll. Introduced in 2000. Arrives on Aug. 27.
19. Filet mignon: Mushrooms and mashed potatoes. Introduced in 2011. Arrives on Aug. 27.
20. Slow-roasted pork slider: Sweet-and-sour chutney featuring Dole pineapple and spicy mayonnaise on a Hawaiian roll. Introduced in 2012. Arrives on Aug. 27.
21. Freshly baked carrot cake: Walnuts and cream cheese icing. Introduced in 2014 at Hops & Barley. Arrives on Aug. 27.
22. Liquid nitrogen almond truffle mousse: Served with whiskey-caramel sauce. Introduced in 2015 at Chew Lab. Arrives on Aug. 27.
23. Frozen szarlotka: Apple pie filling and apple-cinnamon cider topped with streusel. Nonalcoholic. Introduced in 2013 at Poland. Arrives on Aug. 27.

Arrives Sept. 9

24. Bo ssam pork belly lettuce wraps: Pork belly, kimchi slaw and spicy aïoli. Introduced in 2010 at South Korea. Arrives on Sept. 9.
25. Pumpkin cheesecake mousse trifle: Philadelphia cream cheese, citrus sauce and spice cake topped with cranberry streusel. Introduced in 2011 at Hops & Barley. Arrives on Sept. 9.
26. Potato pierogi: Kielbasa, caramelized onions and sour cream. Introduced in 1996 at Poland. Arrives on Sept. 9.

Arrives Sept. 18

27. Crab and corn macaroni and cheese: Smoked cheddar sauce, bacon, crab seasoning, roasted corn, herbed panko and jalapeños. Introduced in 2015 at Farm Fresh. Arrives on Sept. 18.

Arrives Oct. 2

28. Potato-pea samosas: Plant-based coriander-lime cream. Introduced in 2005. Arrives on Oct. 2.
29. Chicken tikka masala: Fennel-spiced yogurt and naan bread. Introduced in 2004. Arrives on Oct. 2.
30. Warm raclette Swiss cheese: Served on a baguette with jambon and apple-mustard relish. Introduced in 1997. Arrives on Oct. 2.

The anniversary selections span nearly the event’s entire history.

Disney’s wording leaves room for changes to some recipes and presentations, so the anniversary lineup is not necessarily a collection of exact replicas. The complete menus identify each historical selection with a special 30th-anniversary icon.

Among the more unexpected revivals is the bo ssam pork belly lettuce wrap from the former South Korea marketplace. Unlike several anniversary selections that were also served in 2025, the Korean dish has been absent from recent festival menus. The 2026 version pairs pork belly with kimchi slaw and spicy aïoli.

The pumpkin cheesecake mousse trifle, first introduced at Hops & Barley in 2011, returns reimagined with citrus sauce, spice cake and cranberry streusel. Japan’s spicy temaki hand roll, which dates to 1996, features spicy tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado and chili crunch.

The popular concert series at America Gardens Theatre will return with multiple daily performances.

Emile’s Fromage Montage

The cheese-themed food stroll will return, allowing guests to purchase select dishes around the park and collect stamps for a completion prize.

Remy’s Hide & Squeak scavenger hunt

The family-friendly scavenger hunt inspired by Ratatouille will also return around World Showcase.
