Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2026 dates are the earliest ever
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party returns Aug. 7, 2026 at Magic Kingdom with trick-or-treating in the park, Disney villains, and short waits for rides.

The ghosts haven’t just followed us home — they’ve arrived early. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party starts earlier than ever before, but that doesn’t mean more event nights.
This after-hours party hosted by Mickey Mouse is a family-friendly event with trick-or-treating and live entertainment on 38 nights during August, September, and October 2026.

Dates and tickets
Where: Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort (near Orlando, Fla.)
When: Disney’s newly released 2026 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party calendar reveals a shift. While the total number of party nights remains tied with recent record years at 38 dates, Disney is pulling more of the season forward into August.
That means Halloween starts earlier than ever before at Walt Disney World, with the first party scheduled for August 7, 2026.

Like the stretching room inside Haunted Mansion, the calendar is the same building footprint, but somehow feels larger.
Ticket price: Prices for 2026 event tickets are $119 to $229 per ticket, plus tax (prices vary by event date). This is the same price range as 2025, which is an average of $30 more than 2024 was.
Walt Disney World annual passholders and Disney Vacation Club members can usually save $10 on tickets on select nights in August and September.
What’s new for 2026
New this year, Stitch will host an ever-changing dance party at Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland, joined by Lilo and Angel. Angel, also known as Experiment 624, is a pink, cute character who becomes Stitch’s love interest in later installments in the franchise.
Disney says Stitch gets into Lilo’s costume trunk, causing playful theme swaps throughout the night — meaning the party could keep changing as guests dance along.
Characters roaming the treat stations
One of the more intriguing updates is Disney’s wording surrounding trick-or-treating.
Disney says guests may “run into a witch or three” while collecting treats around the park. That strongly suggests characters and performers may be appearing within treat areas.
What’s returning
The following entertainment for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is not officially confirmed yet, but they are annual traditions that fans have come to expect each year.
- “Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade”
- “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show
- “Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular” fireworks show
- Halloween versions of Magic Kingdom attractions: Space Mountain; Mad Tea Party; and Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
- The Cadaver Dans barbershop quartet
- Disney PhotoPass magic shots (extra charge to purchase)
- Fireworks dessert parties (for extra charge)
