Epcot to feature Brave’s Highland Games for kids and free Wi-Fi for parents
Starting on June 1 and running until July 8, 2012, Epcot will host Brave – The Highland Games Tournament. Young guests will be able to become immersed in the world of the Disney•Pixar movie, Brave, with fun activities, a playground, sand sculptures, and more.
The interactive area will feature:
- Games like archery, Mini Caber Toss, Cake Toss and Haggis Flip
- A chance to spin the Clan Wheel and rub a Rune Stone
- A special giveaway set of postcards
- An arts and crafts area
- A kids playground with Wi-Fi for the parents
- And much more
All the fun will take place along the Rose walk (right where Future World blends into World Showcase). The area will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Park admission is required.
The Disney•Pixar animated film Brave opens in theaters June 22 in 3D. The below sand sculpture can also be seen near the interactive area.
