Florida Blue kicks off sponsorship of Walt Disney World with Virtual Taste of Epcot
Florida Blue, one of the state’s health insurers, has formed a multi-year partnership as an Official Sponsor of Walt Disney World Resort – and are kicking things off with a virtual Taste of Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
Residents of select 55+ communities will have the opportunity to experience the Taste of Epcot Festival at home through a virtual event featuring culinary demonstrations with a Disney chef, special musical guests, and other experiences. The offering is available now through Nov. 22 at FloridaBlue.com/FoodAndWine.
“Florida Blue is dedicated to provided health insurance solutions to Floridians of all ages—from childhood to the golden years—just as Walt Disney World Resort provides multigenerational appeal through its variety of engaging experiences and entertainment options,” said Sarah Iselin, executive vice president of Government Programs and Diversified Businesses for Florida Blue. “By forming this new relationship with Disney, we are aligning two strong Florida brands to provide residents at every age with unique events and opportunities that can only be achieved with a touch of Disney magic.”
The relationship between Florida Blue and Disney will expand next year as the brands team up to offer unique experiences for guests visit Epcot, as well as more offerings for residents at select 55+ communities. Details on these offerings will be shared at a later date.
