As host of the Jan. 6 and 20 events, Lululemon will treat a surprise gift to the first 35 people to register and check in. Fabletics’ Jan. 13 and 27 events will practice flow yoga, a technique described by instructor Julie Weiss as “A style of yoga that synchronizes movement of the body with the movement of the breath.”

What should you bring?

The businesses ask participants to bring their own yoga mat and water bottle, and recommend arriving 15 minutes early.

Parking

Free parking is available for the classes onsite at Disney Springs, as it is every day for all guests. While those familiar with the layout of Disney Springs might be inclined to park in Lime Garage given the locations of the classes, Disney says participants should park in Orange Garage, which will open at 8:45 a.m. the days of the event. Disney Springs at large opens at 10 a.m. every day this month. The Lime garage often opens later.

Wellness all month long

The Disney Springs yoga classes are part of a month-long Health & Wellness campaign presented by AdventHealth. To celebrate, Disney Springs will post a wellness tip on its Instagram every day in January.

More information about Disney Springs’ Health & Wellness products and experiences can be found on its official website.

As the first yoga class of the month gets underway, runners will race in the Walt Disney World 10k elsewhere on Disney property at the same time. While not officially part of the Health & Wellness proceedings, runDisney’s annual Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend 2023 coincides nicely with the kick-off of Disney Springs’ month-long focus.
