The annual “31 Nights of Halloween” haunted event hosted by the Freeform television channel is returning for the third year, but this time, they’re taking it on the road – a Halloween Road, to be exact – for an outdoor immersive drive-thru experience from the safety of your car. After all, ghosts and witches have to stay socially distant too.
Halloween Road will take place on Oct. 2-5, 2020, at Heritage Square Museum near downtown Los Angeles. For three years in a row, Freeform has created an immersive experience that takes daring guests through the worlds of Halloween classics like “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas,” “Ghostbusters,” and “Hocus Pocus,” as well as themed environments from other “31 Nights of Halloween” movies – only this year, it will be both socially-distant and scary.
But have no fear (though maybe you should), there will still be plenty of tricks and treats as you drive through the some of your favorite Halloween scenes, including themed surprises, interactive experiences, live entertainment, and spooktacular photo opportunities.
Tickets to Halloween Road are free and will be released on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020, at 10 a.m. PT. Reservations are required to attend, so click here to join the waitlist and be the first to access tickets and additional details as they become available.
Halloween Road Update – 9/13/20:
Fans who weren’t able to get tickets to Freeform’s Halloween Road, have another chance. Freeform just announced that they’re offering 10 passes to the sold-out event during an Instagram sweepstakes from Sept. 16 – 23, 2020 at @31NightsOfHalloween.
And if you survive the perils of Halloween Road, be sure to watch Freeform all through October for even more Halloween frights. Click here for the full “31 Nights of Halloween” line-up starting Oct. 1, 2020.
