Merchandise events coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for Galaxy’s Edge opening
Walt Disney World is gearing up for the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge on Aug. 29 with several merchandise events coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Check out the lineup of events below:
Meet Ashley Eckstein from Her Universe
Saturday, Aug. 17, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
On Aug. 17, Eckstein will showcase her newest dress featuring Darth Vader from Her Universe at Launch Bay Cargo. Wristbands will be required for the event. These will be distributed to guests at park open on the day of the signing at the event location with the purchase of a Her Universe of Ahsoka Tano item.
New Art Pieces Inspired by Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
Sunday, Aug. 18, 12-2 p.m.
Artists Craig Fraser, Kevin-John, William Silvers, and Charles Wissig will be on-hand to meet guests and sign art for your collection. Guests must purchase the product before having it signed.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Book Signing
Wednesday, Aug. 28, 12-2 p.m.
Meet the authors and illustrator behind new novels inspired by Galaxy’s Edge at Launch Bay Cargo. Ethan Sacks and Will Sliney have teamed up for the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge comic book series.
Delilah S. Dawson will be available to sign her most recent book, “Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge: Black Spire.”
Zoraida Córdova will be signing her recent book, “Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge: A Crash of Fate.” Like the art, these books must be purchased before they can be signed.
