‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ dinner show coming to new Disney Treasure ship
The new Disney Treasure cruise ship will feature “Marvel Celebration of Heroes: Groot Remix,” a “Guardians of the Galaxy” dinner show.

Disney Cruise Line has announced a new dining experience, “Marvel Celebration of Heroes: Groot Remix,” awaits guests sailing on the Disney Treasure later this year as they dine at the Worlds of Marvel restaurant.
The Disney Treasure — the sixth vessel in Disney Cruise Line’s fleet — will cast off Dec. 21, 2024 from Port Canaveral, Fla. for seven-night voyages to the Caribbean. Since the sailings last a full week, guests will visit Worlds of Marvel on two separate nights.
The first night will spotlight a dinner show experience called “Avengers: Quantum Encounter,” which debuted on the Disney Wish in 2022. On guests’ second visit to Worlds of Marvel on the Disney Treasure, the new “Marvel Celebration of Heroes: Groot Remix” will take center stage.
“Marvel Celebration of Heroes: Groot Remix” will begin as diners partake in a celebration honoring the many super heroes who keep the world safe. The story will unfold onscreen when Groot takes over the proceedings and brings the party to the next level like only he can. Throughout the evening, guests will eat to the beat of an “awesome mix” of hit songs from decades past and have the chance to test their knowledge of the Marvel universe with activities for the whole family.

In new footage created exclusively for Disney Cruise Line, “Avengers: Quantum Encounter” (video below) features returning Marvel cast members Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), Evangeline Lilly (The Wasp), Anthony Mackie (Captain America), Iman Vellani (Ms. Marvel), and Brie Larson (Captain Marvel). It remains to be seen if “Guardians of the Galaxy” actors Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel will reprise their voice roles as Rocket and Groot, respectively, for “Groot Remix.”
