Disney Springs Flavors of Florida runs July 1 through Aug. 13, 2023, and once again brings guests tastes the Sunshine State is known for, both foods and drinks. Although most feature orange and/or honey, there are other flavors as well. We have a list of all the options at all 30 locations throughout Disney Springs below. Each item is individually priced.

But first, let’s talk about the new free portion – a weekly culinary series headlined by internationally recognized chefs. Each event held at Waterview Park (next to the Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar) features a noted chef or prominent restaurant owner who will stage a culinary show that spotlights some of their most popular dishes and drinks, including many that will be on the Disney Springs Flavors of Florida menu.

There is no admission charge to the culinary events. You just need to register to attend each week at disneysprings.com/culinaryseries. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample the dishes as well as interact with the chefs. The events will be hosted by Mark Daniels (who doesn’t like eggplant).

José Andrés, the world-renowned chef who operates over 35 restaurants, including Jaleo by José Andrés at Disney Springs, kicked off the series yesterday with his version of paella. Andrés had the audience laughing as much as anticipating getting to try the delicious paella, which they did.

The next featured restaurant in the series is Wine Bar George (July 7), The Polite Pig (July 14), Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ (July 21), Gideon’s Bakehouse (July 28), and the final event hosted by Disney’s Chef Georg Paulussen, Chef Jennifer Ladisky, and Chef Gary Mileson on Aug. 4.

But let’s get to the Florida-inspired offerings for sale, in alphabetical order. Some are brand new, some are returning, and some are Florida twists on items the establishments already offer. For photos of each item, click to view the pdf version of the guide.
