Guy Fieri’s Downtown Flavortown restaurant and bowling alley opened on March 8, 2022 in Mountain Mile Shopping Complex, in a collaboration between the celebrity chef and Face Amusement Group.
The 300+ seat Pigeon Forge, Tennessee restaurant boasts a 14-lane Duck Pin bowling alley, a full-service Tiki bar, and a 10,000-square-foot arcade filled with redemption games, virtual reality entertainment, and more.
Visitors can also take those coveted selfies with a photo op stop in front of an iconic 1968 Chevy Camaro.
“No matter where you go in this great country, I can put ya on the road to Flavortown, real deal food and good times, that’s what I’m all about,” said Guy Fieri. “But there’s one experience that I’ve been saving for a special time and place. I’m talking next level, go big or go home, the ultimate party. And I’m bringing the great people of Pigeon Forge with me…to Downtown Flavortown. Scratch made food, craft cocktails, tiki bar, bowling, gaming…you name it, we’re bringing it!”
Fieri’s famous culinary style comes through with showcase dishes such as Trash Can Nachos served Motley Que BBQ-style in a tin tower stuffed with corn tortilla chips, house-made pork, cheddar cheese, black beans, cilantro, and pico de gallo.
An award-winning Bacon Mac ‘N’ Cheese will also feature on the menu, made with crispy applewood bacon, six cheese mac ‘n’ cheese, onion straws, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, “super-melty cheese,” and donkey sauce on a garlic-buttered brioche bun.
Other favorites include chicken wings, sandwiches, burgers, flatbreads, and more.
Craft beers, cocktails, and wines will be offered at the full-service premium bar, with Chef Guy’s own craft cocktail creations, such as the worldwide bestsellers, Caliente Margarita (Santo Bianca tequila, jalapeno, cilantro, citrus juice, agave, and a spicy, salted rojo rim), Tattooed Mojito (Sailor Jerry rum, muddled blueberries, lime juice, mint, agave, and soda water), and Guy’s Famous BBQ Bloody Mary with candied bacon, beef jerky, and a vegi skewer.
“This is a perfect pairing of a chef-focused restaurant with a family entertainment center,” said Bucky Mabe, CEO of Face, “and a natural extension of our relationship with Guy Fieri and his team. Only the ultimate explorer of all-American flavor could mash-up this ridiculously exciting range of unexpected combinations that will be sure to turn a family night out into lifelong memories.”
