U.K. game show ‘In for a Penny’ sets series 6 finale at Disney World
“In for a Penny,” an on-the-street game show, will mobilize from the U.K. to the U.S. for a series 6 finale filmed at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
“In for a Penny” is Going to Disney World
“Is there anything the general public will not do for money? Turns out, the answer’s no.” This is the premise of “In for a Penny,” a competition television show hosted by Stephen Mulhern and airing in the U.K. through ITV.
A trailer for the show’s new episodes shows one player peeling a banana with their feet at a gas station. Another contestant fits their whole finger in their own belly button at the beach. As antics of this variety make their way to the most magical place on earth, one can only imagine the possibilities.
“This is a perfect partnership to create truly entertaining TV,” said Diego Rincón, creative director of “In for a Penny,” on the crew’s collaboration with Disney Destinations International U.K. and EMEA.
“In for a Penny” is produced by Lifted Entertainment (the studio behind “Love Island” and “Hell’s Kitchen”) and Mitre Studios (“Dec & Ant’s Saturday Night Takeaway”).
How to Watch “In for a Penny”
The “In for a Penny” series 6 premiere aired Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. on ITV1 and ITVX, and is available for on-demand viewing online in the U.K.
ITV did not mention an air date for the series 6 finale in their press material, but if the eight new episodes stick with their typical weekly release, the Disney finale episode will be on track to debut June 8, 2024.

Last year, Disney Destinations crowned Kathryn Chung from Hackney, London as the U.K.’s biggest Disney fan after a 10-day competition across Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World, and the Disney Wish cruise ship. Chung won a night in the Cinderella Castle suite.
