Located just a 30-minute drive away from Orlando International Airport and practically on the doorsteps of Walt Disney World Resort, the 516-room property is designed to promote a sense of well-being and relaxation.

“The new JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa offers an unmatched experience for all our guests, giving them a modern, luxurious and wellness-focused escape,” said Mitzi Gaskins, global brand leader for JW Marriott. “Congratulations to the entire team at the resort — together, they’ve created something special that we can’t wait to share with all of our future guests.”

With the opening of this new resort, new company-wide guidelines will be set in place for enhanced health and safety standards, including:

  • A designated On-Property Cleanliness Champion and updated training and protocols for all associates
  • Additions to the cleaning regimen designed to set an even higher standard of cleanliness
  • All associates will wear a face covering as part of their uniform
  • Modifications to associate-guest protocols have been developed to be consistent with recommended social distancing guidelines

Also at this resort are specialty Family Suites, a brand first, which offer views of the nightly theme park firework displays nearby, lofted beds for a variety of sleeping arrangements, spa-like bathrooms, and larger living areas — perfect for multi-generational families on vacation.

The Family by JW program offers enriching experiences for kids, including the 6th Floor Kids Conservatory, which offers creative fun with games and crafts. In addition, there is also the Activity Garden, featuring the Mount Chelonia rock-climbing wall, a nine-hole mini-golf course, an open lawn to play giant chess, and other games.

Guests can relax and rejuvenate at the resort’s 10,000-square-foot luxury Spa by JW, which offers 10 treatment rooms and express pods. Offerings include everything from 12-minute mini-spa treatments to full-day renewals.

JW Marriott Bonnet Creek’s culinary program offers menus by award-winning chefs that use organic and locally-sourced ingredients for farm-to-table-style dining experiences. Private dining and chef’s table experiences are available at the signature Sear + Sea steakhouse, and the illume Rooftop Lounge features a Japanese-inspired menu and Asian tapas. UnReserved is a European-inspired, food hall-style restaurant that offers all-day dining. Drinks and other grilled favorites are available poolside at Palm Cove, and a selection of grab-and-go items are available all day at the JW Market.
