Legoland California is treating kids to a ‘Bricktacular’ Halloween

Even though Legoland California Resort is waiting for approval to re-open, the park is still celebrating fall with a unique outdoor experience that nobody else can deliver – Halloween in Miniland.

Families are invited to wear their favorite costumes for safe holiday fun every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in October when Miniland U.S.A will become a not-so-spooky Halloween destination with one-of-a-kind Lego Halloween décor (including the largest Lego Pumpkin in the world).

Halloween in Miniland will also feature virtual costume contests, an individual family Lego Build-a-Pumpkin challenge, and socially-distanced character meet and greet with Rockin’ Frankenstein, Pirate, and Lord Vampyre. Plus, during a Halloween-themed scavenger hunt, kids can search in Miniland’s New York City, Las Vegas, and San Francisco, for miniature pumpkins, ghosts, and Minilanders made entirely out of Lego bricks.

Families will be able to enjoy the fall flavors at Smokehouse BBQ and Ninja Kitchen, satisfy their sweet tooth with Legoland California’s world-famous Granny’s apple fries, and shop for the latest must-have Lego sets at the largest Lego retail store on the west coast. Last but certainly not least, each child age 3-12 will receive a goody bag filled with candy and a Lego Minifigure as they head home.

Legoland Hotel and Legoland Castle Hotel are also getting into the Halloween spirit with festive décor and costume character appearances, and guests visiting Sea Life aquarium will be treated to Halloween decorations and underwater Lego models in the aquarium’s tanks.
