With Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras event on the horizon, we’ve got a brand-new Ultimate Foodie Guide ready to help you let the good times roll!
This year’s event features a new “tasting size” option, which will give guests the opportunity to try even more dishes with the new sample sizes. Guests can enjoy these offerings daily in the French Quarter Courtyard starting at 4 p.m. from Feb. 9 – April 4.
Check out the menu below:
Crab Étouffée
Catfish Po’Boy
King Cake
Gumbo
Jambalaya
Red Beans and Rice
Beignets
And for the fans of Twisted Taters, you’re in luck! This year’s Mardi Gras will offer this perfect potato treat with a new Cajun seasoning twist.
As for specialty drinks, a variety is waiting for you in the French Quarter area. New for this year is the Mimosa Bar, where guests can try unique flavors like caramel apple, raspberry rosemary, mojito mint, and more.
If you’re on the lookout for a non-alcoholic option, try the Bayou Bog Water, this year’s signature frozen drink. It comes with gummy worms and fish, blueberry boba beads, and a lemonade and ginger ale mix.
Other specialty drinks available this year are:
- Carnival Cocktail
- Ragin’ Rumbalaya
- Vicious Voodoo (a combination of the two drinks above)
- Variety of craft beer selections
