Inspired by the lifestyle and lyrics of singer Jimmy Buffett, Margaritaville Resort Orlando is set to be a unique vacation escape right in the heart of Orlando on U.S. Highway 192.
Once open, this $750 million development will feature a 187-room Margaritaville hotel, 1,000 Margaritaville-inspired residential homes, 30,000 square feet of meeting and event space, 200,000 square feet of retail space, an entertainment and dining district, a 12-acre water park, wellness center, wooded fitness trails, a water taxi service and a three-acre swimming area.
The swimming area will feature natural sand beaches surrounded by cabanas and water-based leisure activities, like paddle-boarding and snorkeling.
