This year’s Mardi Gras theme will be “Treasures of the Deep,” showcased in the nightly parade that travels through the streets of Universal Studios Florida with detailed floats, dancers, and stilt performers. This year’s parade will debut six new floats inspired by mystical creatures of the deep, the sunken city of Atlantis and more. Fan-favorite floats, including the Riverboat and King Gator, will return with new décor to celebrate 25 years.
Guests can enjoy authentic Cajun cuisine at The French Quarter Courtyard and performances by bands straight from Bourbon Street. New for this year’s event, guests can enjoy new food and beverage offerings at the Carnival Around the Universe tasting tent, which will offer dishes inspired by carnivals worldwide. New menu items will debut bi-weekly throughout the event. Add-on experiences like the Bayou Boil and Mardi Gras Tasting Lanyard will return.
