McFarlane Toys was founded by Grammy- and Emmy-winning producer/director (and the creator of the superhero horror-fantasy comic series “Spawn”) Todd McFarlane.

“It’s pretty cool to bring fans even more of their favorite characters – now from the rich library of NBCUniversal,” McFarlane said. “With the recent launch of McFarlane Toys Digital, we have the unique ability to expand our Movie Maniacs brand, which began back in 1997, beyond our expertly detailed figures and into the digital world by offering our fans a new way to showcase their collections. NBCUniversal’s collection of iconic characters and stories make them an ideal partner for this exciting new venture.”

Each six-inch figure includes a numbered art card, scenic backdrop, and environmental base. A digital collectible of each figure will also be released. Fans can expect more nostalgic characters to come in future waves.

Movie Maniacs products launching this spring will be available online and at retailers worldwide. All digital products will be sold in conjunction with their physical collectibles and will be redeemable at mcfarlanetoys.digital.
