Meet Ashley Eckstein, voice of Ahsoka, on Jan. 28 at Disneyland Resort
Fans can meet Ashley Eckstein, the voice of Ahsoka Tano in “Star Wars” animated projects, at Star Wars Trading Post in Anaheim, Calif. during a merchandise event on Jan. 28, 2024.

“I Am No Jedi”
In the season two finale of “Star Wars Rebels,” entitled “Twilight of the Apprentice: Part 2,” Ahsoka faces off against Darth Vader. She tells him she seeks revenge for the corruption of Anakin Skywalker, her former master and Vader’s former identity.
“Revenge is not the way of the Jedi,” Vader replies.
“I am no Jedi,” Ahsoka asserts, before wielding her two lightsabers.
The script pages from that sequence served as the inspiration for the “Star Wars Ahsoka by Ashley Eckstein Collection,” a new merchandise line from Eckstein’s Her Universe fashion brand. Bret Iwan, the voice of Mickey Mouse and Eckstein’s friend, created artwork for the new apparel.
In an Instagram post, Eckstein said the apparel will be available at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort “in time for” Jan. 29, 2024, the annual fan-designated “Ahsoka Tano Day.” The day recognizes the anniversary of the day in 2008 when Lucasfilm announced Ahsoka as a new character for the then-upcoming “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” animated film. Some items in the collection will be available online via shopDisney, though they are not there yet at the time of this writing.
How to Meet Ashley Eckstein for Ahsoka Tano Day 2024
To celebrate the launch of the collection, fans can meet Eckstein at Downtown Disney on Jan. 28, 2024. Here’s how:
- Visit Star Wars Trading Post (formerly the home of Rainforest Café) at Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort.
- Purchase an item from the “Star Wars Ahsoka by Ashley Eckstein” Collection.
- Receive a wristband to meet Ashley Eckstein.
Wristbands will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Star Wars Trading Post opens at 10 a.m. The meet & greet will take place 1-3 p.m.
More Ahsoka Tano
In 2020, Ahsoka made her live-action debut, performed by Rosario Dawson in an episode of “The Mandalorian” on Disney+. Last year, she starred in her own live-action series, “Ahsoka.” Coinciding with her show, the character began roaming Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park. The character did not appear in Walt Disney World’s version of Batuu.
In spring 2024, Ahsoka will join Star Tours: The Adventures Continue at Disneyland, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disneyland Paris.
