Meet the 2024-2025 Global Disney Ambassadors
Last week, we introduced you to the 2024-2025 Walt Disney World Ambassadors, Serena Arvizu and Shannon Smith-Conrad, and now we’d like you to meet the rest of the cast members who will serve as 2024-2025 Global Disney Ambassadors.
Disney Ambassadors serve a two-year term as “goodwill emissaries” who shine a light on cast members, share Disney magic with guests, and inspire hope in local communities.
The new 2024-2025 Global Disney Ambassadors representing Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, Tokyo Disney Resort, Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Shanghai Disney Resort, and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa will officially begin their roles on Jan. 1, 2024. Until then, they’ll learn the ropes by training with the current 2022-2023 Ambassadors.
Meet The 2024-2025 Disney Ambassadors:
- Disneyland Resort – Jada Young and Raul Aquino Rojas
- Walt Disney World Resort – Serena Arvizu and Shannon Smith-Conrad
- Tokyo Disney Resort – Daisuke Shibata and Nodoka Mikata
- Disneyland Paris Resort – José Alfaro Navarro and Dylan Legras
- Hong Kong Disneyland Resort – Beyan Tse and Gisele Abejero
- Shanghai Disney Resort – Wendy Feng and Alice Wang
- Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa – Dylan Rogers
Disneyland Resort
Disneyland Ambassador Jada Young: Jada’s Disney career began in 2017 at Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters at Disney California Adventure Park, where she worked as an attractions cast member. Since then, she’s held leadership roles such as Core Lead and Trainer in attractions and Special Event Operations. She’s also worked with the Youth Education Series (Y.E.S.) Program as a facilitator for Disney’s Approach to Leadership and Teamwork. She was a member of the opening team at Avengers Campus and most recently worked in Cars Land Attractions.
Disneyland Ambassador Raul Aquino Rojas: Raul began his Disney career in 2019 as a Disney PhotoPass Photographer at Disneyland Resort. He currently enjoys leading his cast within Disney Photo Imaging and Guest Show Operations teams.
Walt Disney World Resort
Walt Disney World Ambassador Serena Arvizu (pictured on the left): Serena started her Disney journey in 2016 with the Disney College Program as a hostess at The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World. She joins the Ambassador Team from Disney Supplier Diversity, where she has been a Sourcing Specialist since December 2020. Serena is most looking forward to shining a light on all the cast members at Walt Disney World and helping to tell their stories of making magic for guests, each other, and the community.
Walt Disney World Ambassador Shannon Smith-Conrad (pictured on the right): Shannon started her Disney journey in 2012 with the Disney College Program at Disneyland Resort. She joins the Ambassador Team from Professional Recruitment, where she has been a Coordinator since November 2021. With a deep passion for helping others, Shannon looks forward to bringing Disney’s magic into the community and volunteering alongside fellow cast as a Disney VoluntEAR.
Tokyo Disney Resort
Tokyo Disney Ambassador Daisuke Shibata: Daisuke currently works at Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta in the Rooms Division. He looks forward to bringing the excitement of Tokyo Disney Resort to guests both near and far.
Tokyo Disney Ambassador Nodoka Mikata: Nodoka works within the Attractions Operations Division. She looks forward to sharing the excitement of the parks with guests alongside her fellow cast members.
Disneyland Paris Resort
Disneyland Paris Ambassador José Alfaro Navarro (pictured on the right): José landed his first contract at Disneyland Paris in 2015 as a performer before working for six months on a cruise ship, followed by a year on the Visitor Relations team at Walt Disney World Resort. He rejoined the Disneyland Paris Entertainment team in 2019 (still working as a performer) before becoming Assistant Show Coordinator in June 2023.
Disneyland Paris Ambassador Dylan Legras (pictured on the left): Dylan became a cast member at Disneyland Paris in 2011, where he’s held roles in Merchandising, Guest Flow, Attractions, and more. In 2014, he joined the French Pavilion at Epcot as a participant in the Cultural Representative Program before returning to Disneyland Paris, where he has been a Guest Relations Team Leader since 2021.
Hong Kong Disneyland
Hong Kong Disneyland Ambassador Beyan Tse (pictured fourth from the right): Beyan started at Hong Kong Disneyland in 2019 in financial management, alliances, and sourcing and, since then, has found further passion in Disney VoluntEARS.
Hong Kong Disneyland Ambassador Gisele Abejero (pictured third from the left): Gisele has spent more than 15 years performing at Hong Kong Disneyland in shows including “Festival of the Lion King,” “The Golden Mickeys” and “Mickey and the Wondrous Book.”
Shanghai Disneyland
Shanghai Disney Ambassador Wendy Feng (pictured on the left): Wendy has worked on the Entertainment Team at Shanghai Disney Resort for nearly three years.
Shanghai Disney Ambassador Alice Wang (pictured on the right): Alice has worked on Shanghai Disney Resort the Entertainment Team for more than six years, where she works as a vocalist, presenting thousands of performances on various stages throughout the park. She has also served as a Disney Traditions Facilitator and participates in Disney VoluntEARS.
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa Ambassador Dylan Rogers: Dylan has been with Aulani Resort for six years, starting as a front desk agent, then serving as a groups assistant, front desk lead, and now guest service manager. She is also a Traditions facilitator for 2022-2023 and a Disney Aspire graduate, receiving her Master of Science in Management.
When the 2024-2025 Global Disney Ambassadors complete their two-year term is complete, they’ll receive special golden Disney name tags inspired by Walt’s very first name tag. Be on the lookout for them the next time you visit a Disney theme park or resort.
When they added Aulani to those with an Ambassador made me wonder shouldn’t the cruise ship line have one also?
