Megacon Orlando 2023 is returning with amazing celebrity guests, including Hayden Christensen, Rosario Dawson, and more
Megacon Orlando 2023, the yearly “comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, and gaming event” will take place March 30 – April 2, 2023, at the Orange County Convention Center with appearances by celebrities, comic book creators, voice actors, and more.
Megacon Orlando 2023 has announced some of the guests expected to appear; however, this list will likely continue to grow right up until the event.

Megacon lasts four days. Tickets can be purchased for one or multiple days. Some guests are there for one day, while others stick around all four, so make sure to check the Megacon website to see who’s appearing on each day, before you purchase your tickets. Click here for the full schedule.
Interactions with guests vary per person. Many have booths where you can talk, get an autograph, and sometimes even take a picture. There are also professional photo ops that can be purchased in advance on the Megacon website to ensure you get that epic picture with Anakin Skywalker himself.
Megacon Orlando 2023 will be making plexiglass barriers available as an option to celebrities during photo ops. Each celebrity may choose to utilize it or not up until the time of their photo session. Once onsite, you can verify if plexiglass will be used during your photo op, and if that doesn’t meet your preferences, you may request a refund before entering the booth to get your photo taken.
Megacon Orlando Panels
Many guests also participate in panels, some will appear alone with just a host to guide the conversation, while others may be in groups if they have worked together on a book, movie, or show. In the past there have been panels for Star Wars Clone Wars, Full House, Clerks, and many more.
During the panels, personal stories can be told, as well as behind the scenes anecdotes, and more. Most of the time viewer questions can also be answered. The schedule for the panels will be announced closer to the event, and will be viewable on the Megacon app as well.
The Floor
The main floor will have food vendors, comic books booths, celebrity booths, funko pop shopping, handmade items for sale, famous replica vehicles, a tattoo area, a ton of cosplay, and more. Don’t be surprised if you suddenly find yourself face-to-face with a droid or a dalek. If you cosplay at the event, make sure to check the Megacon schedule for meetups. There are often group pictures taken with other cosplayers from the same fandom.
The floor also has an artist alley where you can view and purchase all sorts of artwork from Star Wars to Marvel to Disney, Anime, and beyond. You can often meet the artists as well. If you’re into comic books, be sure to check out the comic book area. Many creators and artists attend, so you ever wanted to get a comic book signed, this is your opportunity.
Events
Throughout each day, there are a variety of different events to attend. In the past, events have included trivia, learning how to write a comic book, speed dating, and more. The events change each year, so make sure to check the schedule before attending.
