Michael Myers returns to terrorize Halloween Horror Nights 2022

Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood have announced that the classic 1978 slasher film “Halloween” – and the murderous Michael Myers – are returning for Halloween Horror Nights 2022 beginning Sept. 2 in Orlando and Sept. 8 in Hollywood.

Coinciding with the conclusion of the franchise’s latest trilogy in Universal Pictures’ “Halloween Ends,” premiering on Oct. 14, 2022, both “Halloween” haunted houses will put guests face-to-face with Michael Myers – “the most-feared antagonist in horror movie history” – as they flash back to where it all started.

Guests on both coasts will be transported to Halloween Night in Haddonfield, Ill. (when Michael Myers first donned his signature mask) to revisit the most chilling moments from the original “Halloween” film, and as they make their way through the horrifying house, they’ll dodge attacks from the knife-wielding Myers in the hope they’ll be able to escape with their lives.

Select Halloween Horror Night 2022 tickets and vacation packages are now on sale for Universal Orlando Resort, and tickets for Universal Studios will be available soon. Halloween Horror Nights begins on Sept. 2, 2022, at Universal Orlando and on Sept. 8, 2022, at Universal Studios Hollywood. Both events will run on select nights through Oct. 31, 2022.

Additional details and haunted houses will be revealed soon. Click here for more information and to purchase tickets.
