Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway now open at Disneyland Park

The newest addition to the Disneyland Resort has just opened! Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is now open at Disneyland Park. Originally built at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, this second version of the attraction features an all-new queue, exterior facade, and some minor ride changes.

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is a high-capacity, vibrant and energetic, family-friendly attraction placed in Mickey’s Toontown. While the rest of Mickey’s Toontown is not yet open, this new attraction is ready to welcome in millions of visitors to the El CapiTOON Theater.

This version of the attraction is nearly the same as the version at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. But a keen eye can see the differences in particular scenes. What differences did you catch?

Visitors to Disneyland Park can come explore the cartoon world of Mickey Mouse and friends. For now, all guests will need to purchase an individual Lightning Lane for the attraction or join the virtual queue at 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. You can purchase an individual Lightning Lane or join the virtual queue via the Disneyland Resort App.

Disney California Adventure has also added a new virtual queue for “World of Color – One.”
