New Cinderella Platinum Coach appears at the Disneyland Resort
The magical new Cinderella Platinum Coach, inspired by the carriage in the 1950 Walt Disney Animation classic, is coming to the Disneyland Resort, exclusively for couples marrying with Disney Weddings.
The horse-drawn Cinderella Platinum Coach commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company with its platinum color, and the coach’s pumpkin shape, gold highlights, scroll work, and lantern details showcase iconic design elements that pay tribute to the beloved animated movie.
“As everybody knows, the iconic pumpkin coach was Cinderella’s transportation to and from the royal ball,” says Disney Show Director Tracy. “At the Disneyland Resort, couples can book the enchanting new coach to transport them to and from their wedding location, making their Disney fairy tale wedding dreams come true.”
In addition to the opportunity to ride in the new Cinderella Platinum Coach, couples planning weddings at Disneyland can have portraits taken – or even have their ceremony – in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle and other iconic locations at the resort.
