New details revealed for the holidays at Disneyland Resort
As part of the “Halfway to the Holidays” celebration, Disney recently revealed new details for the 2023 holidays at Disneyland Resort.

Mickey and Minnie Debut New Holiday Outfits
Every year, Mickey, Minnie and their friends receive new outfits for each seasonal celebration, and 2023 is no exception. The design concept was recently revealed showing the pair in festive, mid-century modern inspired attire.

Mickey’s look features a sweater vest, tie, jacket, and Santa hat; Minnie’s fabulous outfit will include a belted dress coat and a holly broach that matches Mickey’s. No word yet on Pluto, Donald, and Goofy’s looks, but there’s no doubt they will coordinate perfectly.
Holiday Ride Transformation to Return
The beloved “it’s a small world” Holiday seasonal overlay will return to Disneyland in 2023. A highlight of the holidays for many visitors, the festive makeover includes twinkling lights, seasonal attire for the animatronics, and holiday-themed music.

Although no announcement has been made about the return of “Haunted Mansion” Holiday, it will most likely be returning during the 2023 holiday season as well. Dates for the beginning of the holiday season at Disneyland Resort have not yet been shared.
Details Revealed for the Holidays at Disneyland
Last year, the holidays at Disneyland Resort ran from Nov. 11, 2022, through Jan. 8, 2023, so it’s is reasonable to assume this year’s festivities will resume and end around the same time frame.

Disney Festival of the Holiday will also return to Disney California Adventure Park to celebrate all the season’s holidays, including Christmas, Navidad, Hanukkah, Diwali, Kwanzaa and Three Kings’ Day.
