The first hotel of its kind in Orlando, ette hotel, will redefine the luxury hospitality space with a sophisticated look and feel and a focus on impeccable service and personalized experiences.

“We are in the business of customized service and the most luxurious details,” Ekbatani noted. “ette is the culmination of unique 5-star experiences and elements to create a sense of place that’s earthy, true, timeless, and elegant (ette).”

Located close to Orlando’s theme parks in Kissimmee, Fla., the 126-room hotel is expected to open in August and will feature a modern, yet rustic design by Bonetti/Kozerski and two restaurants in partnership with Michelin starred Chef Akira Back (ABSteak in Beverly Hills and Yellowtail at the Bellagio in Las Vegas).

Guests will be welcomed to ette Orlando via an exterior entryway highlighted by a 35-year-old olive tree, the symbol of peace and prosperity. From the Italian Calacatta marble lobby to the Tuscan-inspired courtyard leading to the pool deck, ette hotel will embody elegance.

“At every turn, ette will surprise and delight guests,” added Ekbatani. “We are discerning, and we know it. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to holistically uplift the guest experience. We’ve sourced and selected the best partners and premium products for our dining, spa, and in-room offerings.”

Well-appointed guest rooms will feature chrome lighting fixtures fabricated exclusively for ette in California and luxurious Le Labo and Salt & Stone products encased in a custom lacquer box. Room configurations include king and queen suites and wellness suites (equipped with a Peloton bike and Technogym weights).

The spa at ette Orlando will provide a welcome retreat, and the state-of-the-art luxury gym is outfitted by PENT Fitness, known for providing fitness products for luxury yachts and villas — ette hotel is the first hotel in Florida to feature PENT Fitness.

The hotel’s culinary experiences will encompass two floors, including non-alcoholic mixology-driven cocktails at the lively main floor bar and the Mediterranean-focused Salt & The Cellar restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.

On the 6th floor rooftop, guests will discover Chef Back’s LIPA, a creative crossroads of old-world and new-world Asian haute cuisine complemented by a zero-alcohol bar and lounge offering Instagram-worthy concoctions and panoramic theme park views — including nightly fireworks once they resume.
