New trailer released for ‘Star Wars: The Clone Wars’ returning to Disney+

One of the most critically-acclaimed entries in the “Star Wars” saga will come to an end next month — “Star Wars: The Clone Wars.”

The series will return for its final season with twelve new episodes, streaming exclusively on Disney+, on Friday, Feb. 21. From creator Dave Filoni, director and executive producer of “The Mandalorian,” this new season of “Clone Wars” will continue the storylines from the original series, exploring the events that lead up to “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.”

“Star Wars: The Clone Wars” stars Matt Lanter as Anakin Skywalker, James Arnold Taylor as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ashley Eckstein as Ahsoka Tano, Dee Bradley Baker as Captain Rex and the clone troopers, Katee Sackhoff as Bo-Katan, and Sam Witwer as Maul.
