New Universal Orlando dining plan vacation package includes up to $1,000 dining card
U.S. and Canada residents visiting Universal Orlando Resort from Nov. 7, 2024 – April 10, 2025 can take advantage of an all-new Universal dining plan.

The new Dining Card Vacation Package offer includes a dining card of up to $1,000 accommodations at one of Universal’s hotels for 4- or 5-night stays, and 4- or 5+ Day Park-to-Park admission tickets to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure (there is an option to add access to Volcano Bay).
“Our dining offerings are continuously evolving and we work incredibly hard to deliver memorable food experiences that offer something for everyone,” said Chef Jens Dahlmann, pice President of culinary operations at Universal Orlando Resort. “From our original dining concepts to themed food inspired by beloved stories and characters, our offerings play a significant role in the overall storytelling of our theme parks and have become as much as a ‘must-do’ as our amazing collection of attractions.”

Guests participating in the Universal dining plan can use their dining card across more than 200 dining venues, including:
- Full-service restaurants (like The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen at Universal CityWalk and Mythos Restaurant in Universal Islands of Adventure)
- Quick-service locations (like Today Cafe and Illumination’s Minion Café in Universal Studios Florida)
- Hotel dining options (like Strong Water Tavern at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, the newly-renovated Trattoria del Porto at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, or The Kitchen at Hard Rock Hotel)



The Universal dining plan may not be redeemed:
- for mobile orders
- at The Palm – Orlando at Hard Rock Hotel, BiCE Ristorante Orlando at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, or Blondie’s at Universal Islands of Adventure
- at merchandise locations
- for roomsService/in-hotel pizza delivery
- at resort hotel front desks, front gate Pass Sales, or Guest Service locations
- for other gift cards, tickets, or Express Passes
- for purchases via phone sales or online
Dining Card Vacation Package by hotel
The Dining Card Vacation Package is available for four- or five-plus-night stays at one of Universal Orlando Resort’s hotels. The value of the Universal dining card varies depending on the hotel and the number of nights of each stay (one card per hotel room).



Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, or Hard Rock Hotel
- 4-Night Package – $800 Dining Card per room and 2-Park, 4-Day Park-to-Park Ticket to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure + Free Universal Express Unlimited Ride Access
- 5-Night Package – $1000 Dining Card per room and 2-Park, 5-Day Park-to-Park Ticket to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure + Free Universal Express Unlimited Ride Access


Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort
- 4-Night Package – $500 Dining Card per room and 2-Park, 4-Day Park-to-Park Ticket to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure
- 5-Night Package – $600 Dining Card per room and 2-Park, 5-Day Park-to-Park Ticket to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure


Universal Aventura Hotel, Universal Stella Nova Resort (opening Jan. 21, 2025), or Universal Terra Luna Resort (opening Feb. 25, 2025)
- 4-Night Package – $400 Dining Card per room and 2-Park, 4-Day Park-to-Park Ticket to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure
- 5-Night Package – $500 Dining Card per room and 2-Park, 5-Day Park-to-Park Ticket to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure


Universal Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites or Universal Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites
- 4-Night Package – $300 Dining Card per room and 2-Park, 4-Day Park-to-Park Ticket to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure
- 5-Night Package – $400 Dining Card per room and 2-Park, 5-Day Park-to-Park Ticket to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure
All guests staying at a Universal hotel receive Early Park Admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Universal Volcano Bay up to one hour before the park opens (valid theme park admission required), complimentary transportation to the theme parks and Universal CityWalk, resort-wide charging privileges, and more.
