Villains Caravan, more coming to Villains After Hours at Magic Kingdom
Disney Villains After Hours will soon return to Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, and with it will come a few new offerings to the event.
A new offering called the Villains’ Cursed Caravan will join Maleficent the dragon as she stalks through the park twice nightly. The procession will feature Gaston, Oogie Boogie, Cruella DeVil, Captain Hook, and more. Keep in mind, this wicked event doesn’t include or offer character meet-and-greets.
If you’re in the mood for a terribly delicious treat, this year’s new offerings include Painting the Roses Red, a cheesecake mousse with raspberry gelée, red cocoa butter, and buttercream leaves, available at Cheshire Café; Body Language, a cookies and cream mousse with chocolate cake, glaçage, and meringue tentacles garnished with a chocolate shell, available at Storybook Treats; and Five Dozen Eggs Slush, a frozen custard with brown sugar topped with whipped cream and garnished with a cinnamon stick, available at Gaston’s Tavern.
New event merchandise will also make a debut at Disney Villains After Hours, alongside a curated collection of Disney villain merchandise.
Of course, in addition to these newer offerings, guests can enjoy a castle stage show with “Villains Unite the Night,” villain-inspired overlays for Pirates of the Caribbean and Space Mountain, shareable photo-ops scattered through the park, a party DJ spinning tunes at the Cinderella Castle Forecourt stage, and more.
You can purchase tickets now for Disney Villains After Hours for $145 plus tax in advance or $155 plus tax on the night of the event. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members can get a $30 discount off their ticket price. The event will be held on 24 select nights from Feb. 7 – July 10, 2020.
Each event ticket allows entry into Magic Kingdom as early as 7 p.m., which gives attendees a chance to watch the night’s fireworks before enjoying the after-hours event. Select complimentary snacks and beverages are also included in the cost of admission.
