Participants in the IdeaSport Soccer Program will get the chance to interact and learn from LaLiga players and coaches.

The IdeaSport Soccer Program, a new experience for youth soccer players, will debut June 3-4 at an open house at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort, and will feature LaLiga soccer players and coaches.

Hosted by LaLiga and Walt Disney World Resort, the open house is aimed toward boys and girls ages 4-18, and gives the young players their first chance to sign up for the new program. Open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. during both days, the festival-style open house will host soccer sessions on the field within a family-friendly setting, as well as have meet-and-greet opportunities with Disney Characters.

Visitors will also get the chance to get photos with the LaLiga trophy, catch appearances from LaLiga coaches and players, as well as enjoy food and beverages at the event.

Thanks to a multi-year agreement with its hosts, the IdeaSport program will provide year-round soccer education and training for young athletes, as well as give professional training for officials and coaches involved.

Training for participants will begin in early August at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Program exhibitions and events, as well as a tournament, summer camp with LaLiga players and coaches, and visits from LaLiga representatives will be announced in the future.

While guests are welcome to enjoy the complimentary event activities, those who are interested in attending and participating in the IdeaSport open house must register in advance at idea-sports.com.
