Photo Update: What’s new and interesting at SeaWorld for February 2012
We visited SeaWorld Orlando this past weekend during their Bands Brew and BBQ event. Here’s an update on the event, some construction projects and other things that caught our eye.
Gaylord Palms debuts ‘The Dreamworks Experience Birthday Celebration’
Gaylord Palms Hotel in Orlando is offering a first-of-its-kind birthday package with the “The DreamWorks Experience Birthday Celebration”. The package is $999 for a one-night party and is available on weekends now through May 20, 2012 and then seven days a week from May 25 to Sept. 3, 2012.
Bands, Brew and BBQ brings new level of fun to Busch Gardens
This year’s Bands, Brew & BBQ is bigger and better at Busch Gardens Tampa than ever before. The event takes place on Saturdays and Sundays through March 4, 2012. While the food and beer festival take place on both Saturdays and Sundays, the concerts only take place on Sundays.
Spring is in the air at the 19th annual Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival
The 19th Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival will begin March 7 and end on May 20. This year’s floral icon will be an eight-foot-tall floral Sorcerer Mickey topiary. International Drive trolleys and stops getting an upgrade
I-Ride Trolleys are rolling out a new fleet of 15 trolleys equipped with state-of-the-art automated vehicle location systems (AVLS) known as NextBus. With GPS tracking, NextBus technology will provide predicted vehicle arrival information and live maps to visitors on International Drive.
