Only 250 visitors at a time will be allowed entry. Just one entryway will be available, and only guests with tickets may enter the park. Two-hour tickets will be the only type of passes available for purchase at this time.
Guests must purchase these tickets in person, but no advance ticket reservations will be available for now. Tickets can be purchased for $19.99 plus tax; those who choose to not ride any attractions can pay $4.99 plus tax. If guests arrive and the park is at capacity, they can join a virtual queue and be notified when they are able to enter.
Face coverings are mandatory for guests over the age of 3, and must be worn at all times unless actively eating. Children under 2 years old or people with special medical conditions are exempt from wearing masks. Sanitizing stations have been put in place both at the entrance and exit of each ride, and guests are required to sanitize before and after riding.
Because of limited staffing, certain attractions will remain closed. Guests can see which rides are available online.
Enhanced safety measures will be practiced throughout the park, including constant sanitizing of rides, assigned seats to ensure safe distancing, and floor markers to help guests maintain social distancing.
Nickelodeon Universe will be open from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily. For more information about the park’s reopening, visit NickelodeonUniverse.com.
