‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ Light Trail in New York
A new, nighttime walkthrough attraction — the full name of which is Disney “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas” Light Trail — opened Sept. 27, 2024 at the New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx, N.Y. The experience continues nightly through Nov. 30, 2024.

Guests journey along the Garden’s pathway to the tune of Danny Elfman’s soundtrack from the 1993 movie, passing by 19 unique vignettes of the film’s characters and scenes materialized as sculptures, props, and lighting. Jack Skellington, Sally, Zero, Oogie Boogie, Sandy Claws … they’re all here and ready for photo-ops. The attraction takes about 45-60 minutes to experience in full.
The “Nightmare Before Christmas” walkthrough in New York is a collaboration among entertainment companies Adventurelive (Broadway’s “Hamilton”) and LETSGO (Madrid’s “Phantom of the Opera) with Buena Vista Theatrical.
