PHOTOS: Construction ramps up for Halloween Horror Nights 2019 scare zones
We are just under three weeks away from the start of this year’s Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando, and three of the event’s scare zones are already taking shape.

As you can see in the photo above, the Hollywood section of Universal Studios Florida will be home to the Vanity Ball scare zone. Luxurious-looking banners are lining the street, where guests will watch artists turn willing participants into horrific living works of art.

Over in the New York section, the world of “Zombieland: Double Tap” is coming to life. These port-a-potties remind visitors of an important rule to survive.

A stage has been built for what looks to be a recurring show during the event called ‘Zombie Kill of the Week.’ It features a common carnival game with a drop tower ride backdrop, the same kind featured in the first “Zombieland” film.

This is the same carnival booth that Tallahassee takes shelter in during the first film for a shootout with the zombies.

String lights have been placed over the New York streets.

This delivery truck may feature some yellow snacks that Tallahassee may be interested in.

Over in the San Francisco area, Rob Zombie is taking residence for his scare zone, “Hellbilly Deluxe.”

There are three small stage areas that look like will be used for small moments and scares throughout the event.
