In honor of National Talk Like a Pirate Day this Sunday, Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf on International Drive in Orlando is offering pirate fun and discounts all weekend.

The miniature golf location is holding its first-annual Talk Like a Pirate Weekend from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18 and Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021. Guests can enjoy pirate meet-and-greets, giveaways, activities, and a live DJ spinning tunes. They may even spot a parrot or two from Gatorland.

But don’t expect the pirates to be on their best behavior – they’re pirates after all. They may just challenge you to a sword fight, crack a whip while your concentrating, or just hassle you in general at different places around the two courses as you’re trying to sink your putt.

Those who arrive in a pirate costume will receive 50% off the regular admission price of $14.50 for 18 holes of golf for adults and $12.95 plus tax for children ages 4-12. Children under the age of 3 are free. Those who aren’t in costume, can talk like a pirate and receive 25% off the regular admission.

“We are so excited to be hosting our very first Talk Like a Pirate Weekend and look forward to providing a fun time for the whole family,” said Sue Visser, general manager of Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf. “Whether you have been here before or if it’s your first time, you are going to love the unique experiences we provide.”

Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf is located at 8501 International Drive, next door to Icon Park. They offer 18 holes of miniature golf set against waterfalls, streams, caves, rope bridges, landscaping, and pirate-themed décor. For more information, visit PiratesCove.net or call (407) 352-7378.
