Search For The Lost Ruby

The story of The Lost Ruby follows First Mate Magee as he sets out on a quest to retrieve an heirloom of Captain Sebastian’s.

Magee searches Mexico, Brazil, China, and Africa for the jewel. When he finally finds the ruby, Magee has to hide it in the Pirates Dinner Adventure marketplace. Young guests can get in on the action by panning for the ruby to win a prize.

During the summer event, the venue’s bar will also offer “ruby” elixir cocktails and mocktails.

What is Pirates Dinner Adventure?

Pirates Dinner Adventure is a family-friendly dinner show experience on Carrier Drive near Universal Orlando Resort. The adventure unfolds on a huge pirate ship set in the middle of an in-the-round auditorium. 

Admission includes a three-course meal: your choice of soup or salad, your choice of an entree (roasted chicken, pork loin, penne pasta, or chicken nuggets), and a chocolate brownie, plus unlimited soda and coffee. Appetizers, alcoholic drinks, and upgraded entree options are available at an extra cost.

The experience lasts about 90 minutes, and management recommends arriving 60-90 minutes before showtime (especially if you want to be part of the show). Once the main show concludes, guests can stick around for Buccaneer Bash, complete with dancing and character greetings.

Pirates Dinner Adventure, which has a sister location in Buena Park, Calif., is operated by Orlando Dinner Entertainment, the same company behind Country Nights Live and Teatro Martini.
