Disney/Pixar announces new film, ‘Soul,’ releasing in 2020
Disney/Pixar announced today that they’ve got more than one movie up their sleeve for next year – now they’ve got two!
In a tweet that was just posted today, June 19, 2019, Pixar announced that one year from today, a new film titled “Soul,” directed by Pete Docter (“UP,” “Inside Out”), would take audiences “on a journey from the streets of New York City to the cosmic realms to discover the answers to life’s most important questions.”
This will be the second Pixar film of 2020, after “Onward” releases on March 6.
