Planet Hollywood building ph Premiere condo hotel in Orlando area

As if launching re-imagined Planet Hollywood Observatory when it reopens at Disney Springs later this year wasn’t enough, Planet Hollywood has just introduced its new ph Premiere brand of upscale condo hotels, and the first will be built in the Orlando area.

To be developed by Azzurra Development, ph Premiere Resort-Residences Orlando will offer a mix of stylish accommodations and condo-hotel residences encompassing a total of 547 units. Internationally renowned Arquitectonica is the project’s design visionary, while Miami-based Fortune International Group is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the condo-hotel units.

The first ph Premiere will be set on the shore of the 400-acre, spring-fed Lake Bryan, in the heart of the Lake Buena Vista district. It will feature an indoor-outdoor amenity playground encompassing 15 acres; a main pool deck spanning more than 35,000 square feet; and a lakeside beach with boating, sailing, and jet and water skiing.

The property’s 12,000-square-foot spa and fitness facility will offer weight training, yoga and Pilates, a sauna, whirlpool, steam room, wet and dry massage treatment rooms, Hammam bath and body treatments, manicure/pedicure services, waxing and facials, and personal trainers on request. Dining options will include rooftop fine dining, a lobby bar, an indoor/outdoor poolside lounge, a lakefront bar and grill, and other specialty restaurants.

Within each suite, guests will find a chic color palette of elegant neutrals – including ivory, champagne and caramel – accentuated by custom woven carpets, porcelain wood plank details and plush accent runners to create a tranquil and relaxing environment in a modern and sophisticated fashion. Chic contemporary furnishings – including sofas, benches and seating – will be upholstered with custom, luxe fabrics. In-room amenities will include 24- hour room service, in-room couple’s massages, twice daily housekeeping, and pet friendly suites.
