Puttshack tech-infused mini golf is opening its first U.S. location in Atlanta

After taking London by storm with three locations, Puttshack — the only upscale tech-infused mini golf experience — will open its first U.S. location on April 21, 2021, in Atlanta, followed by Miami and Chicago later this year and Nashville in 2023.

The concept for Puttshack was designed by Adam Breeden (All-Star Lanes, AceBounce, Flight Club) and brothers Steven and Dave Jolliffe (Topgolf) to take the best parts of mini golf — the fun and accessibility — to a whole new level with modern technology. The result is a one-of-its-kind, upscale tech-infused mini golf game.

But what exactly is tech-infused mini-golf? Thanks to Puttshack’s patented Trackaball technology, players’ game profiles are automatically linked to their ball. This means there’s no need for paper scorecards, which means there’s less time wasted keeping track of who’s cheating and more time for friendly banter. All the courses also feature interactive leader boards and a digital prize wheel for players who bring their A-Game.

Another unique feature of Puttshack is that each course offers a different interactive game at every hole, which means players can be working on their Beer Pong skills at one hole and test out their pop culture knowledge at the True or False hole. Plus, Supertubes (holes worth 10+ points) can help even first-time mini golfers knock the pros out of the lead.
