Reservations now available for new Walt Disney World Swan Reserve
Guests can now make reservations for the newest addition to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve!

We are excited to announce the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is scheduled to open in late September. After years in the making, we are thrilled to be nearing the reveal of this spectacular new option for our guests. Construction delays have shifted the opening from our original target date and any guests with reservations impacted by this delay will receive communication directly from the hotel for alternative accommodations within our resort complex. More details on the opening will be shared as they become available.
This 14-story hotel offers an upscale boutique environment in the middle of Walt Disney World Resort. Set to open this summer, guests can make reservations for Sept. 1 and beyond online or by calling 1-888-236-2427.
Located adjacent to the Swan and Dolphin, this hotel will offer 349 guest rooms, 149 suites and two presidential suites. With Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios within walking distance, or easily accessible via Disney water taxi, guests can travel effortlessly between their guest room and the theme parks.

The hotel’s suites are great for a family of 6-8 people or for executive business meetings, with residential-style comfort combined with the latest technological capabilities.
New features at the Swan Reserve will include:
- Vue, an exclusive rooftop space for special events, featuring views of Walt Disney World
- New signature Mediterranean restaurant
- Grab-n-go cafe
- Scenic pool area with elevated deck and fire pit
- State-of-the-art fitness center
- More than 15,000 square feet of meeting space, including two ballrooms and 12 meeting rooms
- More than 13,000 square feet of outdoor event space
- Business center
- Unique Walt Disney World benefits, including complimentary transportation to all four parks and Disney Springs
In addition, guests staying at the Swan Reserve will have full access to all of the amenities at the Swan and Dolphin, including Mandara Spa, five pools, 18 restaurants and lounges, preferred tee times on nearby Disney championship golf courses, four signature restaurants, and other special Disney benefits.
