New affordable hotel coming to Flamingo Crossings near Disney World
On Feb. 18, a new hotel, Homewood Suites by Hilton, will be opening at Flamingo Crossings Town Center – just 10 minutes away from Walt Disney World. Ideal for travelers who stay an extended time, the hotel features 229 suites with separate living and sleeping areas.
All rooms are pet-friendly and have full kitchens and free Wi-Fi. Other amenities guests can enjoy are the outdoor swimming pool, their fitness center and a complimentary hot breakfast every morning.
Two more hotels are proposed to open in the same center in late spring. Home2 Suites opened last December, and all four hotels are predicted to employ over 150 people.
The center also includes restaurants, pool bars, a soccer field, batting cages, basketball courts, pool slide, fire pits, outdoor grills and more. A Disney Planning Center desk will help guests plan their trip to the ‘Most Magical Place on Earth.’
