SeaWorld Orlando reveals Viva La Música 2023 food and concerts
Celebrate Latin music and food during SeaWorld Orlando’s Viva La Música 2023. The annual event returns to the park May 13-14 and May 20-21, 2023.
During Viva La Música 2023, guests can enjoy exclusive entertainment and cuisine, along with favorite SeaWorld Orlando shows and attractions, including Ice Breaker.
Viva La Música 2023 Live concerts
Each day during the event, he Nautilus Theater will host concerts featuring acclaimed artists at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Concert admission is free with any SeaWorld Orlando park ticket, though reserved seating is available starting at $19.99.

- May 14, 2023: Grupo Mania
- May 20, 2023: Jon Secada
- May 21, 2023: Melina León
Viva La Música 2023 Food and Drinks
Viva La Música 2023 will feature over 30 specialty drinks and over 20 unique food items served at huts throughout the park. Five of these booths will spotlight flavors of Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Peru, Cuba, and Colombia. Two additional booths will feature beer and margaritas.
Here are some of the new dishes making their debut this year:
- Bacalaitos – deep-fried cod fritters with fermented spicy aioli and micro cilantro
- Arepas de Pabellon – Traditional homemade arepa, sweet plantain, carne mechada, black beans, and salsa tartara
- Papa a la Huancaina – Peruvian cheese sauce served atop Yukon gold potato
- Pisco Sour – Pisco, lemon lime juice, and simple syrup

More fun at Fiesta Zone
Sharks Plaza will transform into Fiesta Zone, where guests can dance to the beat of a DJ. Nearby at Lakeside Patio’s Kids Activity Zone, children can craft their own maracas.
On May 20 and 21, 2023, Fiesta Zone will feature performances from local musicians at 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4 p.m., and 5 p.m.
