SeaWorld San Antonio Eclipse Party returns on April 8
A total solar eclipse will take place on April 8, 2024, and once again, SeaWorld San Antonio is hosting an Eclipse Party to celebrate the celestial experience.
SeaWorld San Antonio falls into the path of totality, so it’s the perfect place to see this rare event. The Eclipse Party (included with park admission) starts at 11 a.m., with the first 2,500 guests to arrive receiving complimentary SeaWorld eclipse viewing glasses, which allow viewing of the solar eclipse without compromising eye safety.
Park guests will also have the unique opportunity to ride SeaWorld San Antonio’s world-class coasters (including the all-new Catapult Falls) against the backdrop of the eclipse.
The special event will also feature unique presentations from representatives from the Southwest Research Institute (SWRI), who will explain the details of the eclipse, as well as unique viewing opportunities with the park’s Animal Ambassadors.
Youth Eclipse Package
SeaWorld San Antonio’s special youth eclipse package includes complimentary SeaWorld-themed eclipse viewing glasses for students and their teachers, a private 10 a.m. presentation from the SWRI, unique viewing opportunities with Animal Ambassadors, and time to enjoy the attractions before the big moment.
