The limited-capacity event will see the park entirely jazzed up for a New Orleans-style carnival, complete with live music, costumes, Mardi Gras-inspired culinary specials including seven new Cajun food items and three new alcoholic drink specials – all alongside the park’s rides, animal encounters, and coasters.

Guests can enjoy French Quarter cuisine at Bayou Bites, like spicy shrimp and pork jambalaya, fried shrimp po’ boys with remoulade sauce, shrimp and andouille skewers with dirty rice, and, of course, freshly-made beignets.

King’s Concoctions beverage stand will offer a variety of Mardi Gras-themed beverages, including the famous Hurricane, a frozen Daiquiri, and the signature Carnival Cocktail crafted from vodka, blue curaçao, peach schnapps, and melon liquor – all served in a souvenir cup.

For entertainment, the open areas will come to life with physically-distanced colorful characters, jugglers, and acrobats. The Platinum Players will keep the fun going with zydeco music, too!

Pin traders can take part in the fun with six new Mardi Gras-themed pins, available alongside masks, beads and more at the Jester’s Closet.

Guests can don their beads every Saturday and Sunday from Feb. 6-28 and celebrate throughout the park’s outdoor grounds. To learn more, head to SeaWorld.com/San-Antonio.
