Universal’s Volcano Bay will soon welcome guests back to its sandy shores at Universal Orlando Resort after its first seasonal closure.
Enhanced health and safety procedures will be in place when the water park reopens on Feb. 27, reflecting the guidelines that debuted last year.
These measures include temperature screenings for guests and team members, limited capacity at the park and on attractions, enforced social distancing, aggressive cleaning and disinfection procedures, and required face coverings inside restaurants, retail locations and when entering and exiting the park. Face masks are not allowed on the slides or while in the pools.
Tickets for Volcano Bay are on sale now for visits starting on its reopening day Feb. 27. Three-park annual and seasonal passes, as well as vacation packages, that include access to Volcano Bay will be available to purchase in the weeks ahead.
